An event is not working properly

Tell us which event, what device and browser you are using, and what happened. If something looked wrong on screen, a description of it is enough.

A medal target seems wrong

The standards were set by testing, but your hands may tell a different story. If gold looks out of reach however well you play, or if you won gold at the first attempt in several events, let us know your results. That kind of report is very useful.

The controls are awkward on your device

Some events need a press-and-hold, a drag or a swipe, and devices handle those differently. Tell us the event and the device.

Your medals have gone

Medals and personal bests are saved by your browser on the device you played on. They are removed if the browser's stored data is cleared, and they will not appear on another device. We do not keep a copy.

If there is a sport you would like to see turned into a two-minute event, send the idea.
