These terms cover your use of MedalMeet. By using the site you accept them.

Use

The events are free to play for personal enjoyment. You may link to any page. Please do not copy the games, text or design elsewhere, send automated traffic that burdens the server, or interfere with the advertising.

Results and medals

Times, distances, scores and medals are for fun. They are stored in your browser, are not verified by us, and have no value. They may be lost if browser data is cleared.

A word on effort

Some events involve fast, repeated tapping. If your hands or wrists become uncomfortable, stop and rest.

Ownership

The games, text and design of MedalMeet are our own work and are protected by copyright. The sports they are based on belong to everyone. The site is not connected with, or endorsed by, any sports body, competition or team.

Advertising and links

Adverts are provided by third parties. We do not endorse them. Other websites are governed by their own terms.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, email hello@example.com with the page address, a description of the work, your contact details, a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you hold the rights or act for the holder. We will look into it and remove infringing material.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from its use.

We may alter the events, the medal standards or these terms. The current version is on this page. See also the privacy page.
